One can simply find something, anything—an old bathtub for instance or broken stained glass—and arrange such disparate items in a creative, eye-catching manner. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so one does not even need to worry if they are not artistically inclined. Can anyone do garden art? I think so! I have an old painter’s ladder that is rather worn and paint-bespattered, but it makes a wonderful addition to my outdoor garden. I use it as a plant stand, arranging various potted plants on the top and subsequent rungs of the ladder. Is it the most eye-catching addition to my garden? No, it is probably not. But I re-purposed an object that would otherwise collect dust. If you aren’t that original you should check out some of this Garden Art.|

Garden Art doesn’t mean that you decorate with irrelevant things here and there and call it as an Art. Pleasant feeling should be felt whenever we see an garden transformed by using Garden Art.I have seen a lot of Garden Art items in that could really help us in achieving what we expect from the garden Art. At the end the feeling of achieving something in the garden Art can be felt only when you go by some plan. First design how you want your garden to be and for that to be implemented what things do you want. Going step by step making sure that each step is perfectly implemented is the right way of implementing your thoughts and imagination into reality, and always the patience and hardworking wins.

There was a house that was on the corner near our old apartment building. Every time we would pass by, we would be entertained by all the Garden Art that the homeowners had arranged around their property. They had everything from gnomes to birdbaths. They seemed to change with the seasons, too. We did not have our own yard, so we could live vicariously through these people.

Our guests would often remark on this garden when we drove them to our place. It was a real conversation starter! Now that we have our own single-family home, we would like to create our own landscape design. We are interested in finding unusual, beautiful Garden Art for our place. We checked out AnythingBirds and discovered all sorts of unusual and lovely pieces. Our 27th anniversary is coming up in May. Did you know that the traditional gift for this anniversary is sculpture?

Garden Art: An Easy Way to Spruce Up Your Yard

Let’s face it, when onlookers drive by our homes, the last thing we want them to see is a dull or bland yard that doesn’t look inviting. For this very reason, and to satisfy our own personal desires, we as home-owners love to create beautiful, attractive gardens in our yards.

However, sometimes no matter how hard we work to make our garden look visually appealing, it just feels like there’s a little extra something lacking. That extra something is garden art. What exactly is garden art, you ask? Garden art can be anything from small figurines or statues, to various other artistic flairs for your garden. Why settle for just flowers (or weeds) and greenery, when you can spice up your garden to the extreme with some beautiful, vivid artwork?

To browse a wide selection of garden art, you can visit AnythingBirds. AnythingBirds will give you ideas of different pieces of art you may want to include in your own garden, or help you decide on a particular theme for your garden.

As a young adolescent, I can remember visiting the Arboretum and wondering what the world used to look like before man invented concrete. What is a garden, except a small sample of nature in one’s backyard? When you’re a child, a garden can seem enormous – a rosebush, deadly. What was most fascinating about my trips to the Arboretum were the different types of garden art sticking out of the green shrub, as I passed the display. Some of them terrified me, others were much more inviting.

I recall the “horse jockey” statue that was so common in the front lawns of the upper-middle class; a symbol of financial superiority – not unlike the couple brandishing their 3-series with matching plates. I remember this statue because it was the size of me – and because it smirked at me with a look of contempt. My favorite statue was the wire-framed rabbit. There’s just something about rabbits that bring me back to childhood. Perhaps I’m Alice in wonderland. Anyways, I used to love to see these – and my neighbor even had some as well! I was browsing a few days ago and noticed a gardener rabbit. My neighbor had one of these too which made perfect sense. He must have loved rabbits. I’ll take a rabbit over a garden Knome any day. |I like these open-ended types!

There are many ways to decorate your garden to make it more atractive to passers by and to yourself and your loved ones. Having a nice garden can beautify your whole home because it’s often the first thing people see. It can help make up their mind about your home before they even go inside. You can plant the flowers in patterns or shapes, and you can also make use of their colors, but garden art is another way to go.

There are many different types to choose from, so you should be able to find something you like by looking at a home decor store. Statues and waterfalls are probably the most common types used. People have statues of everything from gnomes to angels made from stone, metal or other materials, and there are many kinds of waterfalls as well that range from small to very large and extravagant. There are also some great rabbit Garden Art pieces. These add both beauty and a nice falling water sound which many people find soothing. Relaxing in the garden is many people’s choice when they want to feel calm and at peace. For this reason, creating the right atmosphere is essential. Whatever mood you want to set, the right decorations can really help.|

Last year I along with my family visited one beautiful public garden in Vadodara,India. The name of the garden is Sayaji garden. The name has been given from the name of the ruler of the Vadodara city. The garden is so big that one needs the whole day to cover it.The Sayji garden is best known for its artistic work done at different locations of the garden. The huge floral clock made on the ground is one of the major attractions of the garden art.Other artistic work includes beautifully carved out plants in the shape of animals.Despite the vastness of the garden, it is kept clean and neat. For many people it has become resting place during the noon in the summer.People visiting Sayaji garden can also visit zoo, museum, planetarium and bird sanctuary which are within the garden area. I wish they had some of the Garden Art that can be found at the AnythingBirds website. It is indeed a joy to stroll through the garden full of fragrance and cool breeze. |

Just adding a small piece of Garden Art to my garden really made all the difference. I am an avid gardener and spend my weekends puttering around my yard. Recently I decided to add some Garden Art to my garden because I felt like it could use a little something more. I have never had any before except for a very plain bird bath.

I looked at a number of different options and settled on a sculpture that was charming and really made my garden all the more enchanting. I bought a sculpture of a rabbit holding a flower pot. AnythingBirds has some similar to what I bought. I decided to plant some fragrant herbs in the pot and they are growing beautifully. As soon as I can afford it I am going to add a few more to the yard because of what a nice difference this one made. It has held up perfectly through the different seasons here and looks just like it did when I bought it. |
